From the Instructor: “The class will consist of a brief coverage of the muscle group of the day during an 8 week period. Each day I will include and provide examples of uses in sports or everyday activities. Exercises will be demonstrated for all levels of participants. Novice, intermediate and advanced. I will teach for approximately one hour and stay an additional hour for questions or one on one instructions. I look forward to working with all the folks at the MAC.” – Chris Biddle
