Please help continue to Support the Meade Activity Center! It’s easy and at no cost to you – each time you shop at Kroger and scan your Kroger Plus Card, Kroger will donate to the Meade Activity Center! Here’s how to enroll:
- Register online at www.kroger.com/communityrewards
- Scroll down to find your location and click “Enroll Now”
- Sign in to your online Kroger Plus Card account, or create an account
- Find and select the Meade Activity Center (NPO# 18789), and click “Save”
You’ll start earning rewards for the Meade Activity Center right away on qualifying purchases made using your Kroger Plus Card! THANK YOU for your support.
*Remember, you’ll need to re-enroll every August.
Re-Enrollment Period is August 1 to August 31, 2017:
* Supporters currently enrolled must re-enroll in August.
* Starting August 1 through August 31, supporters can log into their Kroger.com account to re-enroll.
. * Continued participation requires re-enrollment by all supporters.
* Supporters that do not re-enroll by end of day August 31 will drop from the program and purchases will no longer benefit the Organization..
* We encourage Organizations to enroll new supporters throughout the whole year, not just in August. The more supporters, and they more they spend, the larger the reward for the Organization!
